Admission Process

Parents wishing to apply to Shishya BEML Public School should complete the following steps:

Arrange a visit to the School by setting an appointment with the admissions office.
Request for registration form either from the School office or click on "Enroll now" to fill up the form.
Submit filled form along with necessary attachments as mentioned below

Admission Fee Payment

Prospectus Fee Amount :	Rs: 1,500.00
Total Admission Fee Amount :	Rs: 51,500.00

ELIGIBILITY

• Age limit for Nursery is 3 years as on May 31st of the year of admission.

• Age limit for PREP I (LKG) is 4 years as on May 31st of the year of admission.

• Age limit for PREP II (UKG) is 5 years as on May 31st of the year of admission.

• Age limit for Class I is 6 years as on May 31st of the year of admission.

SCHOOL TIMINGS

Nursery: Monday to Friday - 08.15am to 12:30pm

Prep I to Prep II: Monday to Friday – 8:15am to 12:40pm

Grade I & II: Monday to Friday – 8:15am to 03:00pm

Grade III to XII: Monday to Friday – 8:15am to 3:10pm

Nursery to Grade V: Holiday on all saturdays

Grade VI to XII: 2nd and 4th Saturday – Holiday

DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION

• Filled up Registration Form
• Copy of birth certificate
• Aadhaar copies
• Transfer certificate, progress sheet of the last examination taken
• Official copy of reports/marks card from previous school
• Four passport size photographs
